Aphrodisiac is a substance which helps to increase your sexual desires. The name comes from Aphrodite, the Greek Goddess of love & sexuality. Certain chemicals are said to be in certain aphrodisiacs which may be released to the brain causing sexual attraction. Like all sexual desires these certain drinks, foods, and scents may tease the brain in order to gain those sexual desires which is a total set up for arousal!
"Pheromones" are secreted chemicals that triggers a certain response in members of the same species. For sexual pheromones, the are certain scents that attract the opposite and sometimes, the same sex :)
Some scents are Vanilla, Cinnamon and Lavender. You can place these scents on your body or in candles are great for an intimate occasion.
Foods like bananas, strawberries of course, chocolates, and honey will psychologically increase that energy that you need for a sexual arousal.
